According to the documentation, the VDOLive technology enables video to run in real-time at 15 frames-per-second (fps) at 28.8 kilobits-per-second (kbps) speeds over the internet.

There are a number of major companies experimenting with broadcasts over the Internet using this proprietary format.  A server will be available at this site shortly.
